As the Public Relations Director for Alerte, Carter & Associates, Tamar Bazin is not only at the helm of many of the firm’s pr accounts, but serves as the main visionary behind the image of ACA as well, constantly working to maintain a keen awareness of the company’s vision, direction, programs, and initiatives at all times.
Born in Haiti and raised in Westbury,Long Island, Ms. Bazin is the third oldest of nine siblings. Never one to follow the crowd, Ms. Bazin can recall dreaming of being a publicist when all of her peers imagined careers as doctors, movie stars, and lawyers. |

Early on, Jonathan always h ad the “Hustle” mentality to succeed. Jonathan always had the ability to appeal to very influential people and always believed he would be someone extraordinary. Through the guidance of Jean Alerte, Jonathan was a vital asset to the Accomplished Black Men Enterprises Corp ('05-'07) as the V.P. of Promotions & Marketing. After the closure of the company, Jonathan newest business venture was the partnership in the development of Alerte, Carter, & Associates LLC ('08-Present). Jonathan‘s contribution with the firm Marketing, Public Relations, & Events departments assisted the ACA LLC status to becoming one of NYC's premiere corporation within the Motion Pictures , Sports, & Entertainment Industries. Jonathan started from Development Executive , to now newly appointed Chief Operations Officer of the firm. With professionalism, determination, honorability, & avid demeanor towards achievement; Jonathan Sykes continues to strive towards excellence. After all Jonathan continues to stay modest and appreciative for everything GOD has blessed him with. Jonathan feels he will one day leave this Earth with his own legacy. | Frank Gateau was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He always had a interest in all variations of media whether it be films, movies, music, etc. And a interest in what went on behind the scenes. He attended Hunter College and received his B.A in media studies/communications. during his time in school he gained extensive hands on experience in the media field, and also interned for Vibe magazine where he further his knowledge on the business aspect of things. | Michael A Raysor born in a family of talented artist, embarked on his career path at age 14 with the Boys Choir Of Harlem, where he performed with the New York Philharmonic, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Philadelphia Philharmonic, and with performers such as Ruby Dee, Sherley Ceasar, Richard Smallwood, Nathan Carter, and many more. He has been amongst and assisted artist such as Derrin Henson, Rockmond Dunbar, Babyface, Mario, Tank, Chris (Kidd& Play), Dru hill, Selena Johnson, and many more. He has acquired a great deal of knowledge of the music business through schooling, and personal experience. I worked as a loan officer for Fidelity Borrowing Mortgage Bankers a subsidiary of Fidelity Mortgage Bank, and Hudson Mortgage. I was also the marketing director of PRC Capital Funding Inc from 2005 to 2007 but my most recent marketing work experience was as a licensed Life Insurance Agent at National Income Life Insurance Company. (Lic #: LA – 1093572.) With regards to the aforementioned industries, I was able to get hands on experience and better insight into the industry I would make my career. Marketing and Entertainment have always captured my attention and with my work experience and my Pending, December 2009 Bachelors of Science Marketing Degree from St. John’s University I wish to make connections, apply real solutions to problems and innovate in a way that will impact the respective industries in the long run. My Family provides the greatest motivation for me on a day-to-day basis and I come from a Caribbean culture that always strives for excellence. Our Event Manager, Cherie, was born in London (UK) where she graduated from King’s College London with an LLB Honors Law Degree. Shortly afterwards she moved to New York and has been building her portfolio and reputation for event production ever since. Cherie, or “London,” as she is known to many, has an educational background in Business Studies, Law and PR. She began her Event Management career in the UK, producing everything from intimate social events to large scale events with some of London’s finest DJ’s and Entertainment companies. Most recently, in March 2010, she was part of the production team for Jaguar’s New York Pre-Auto Show event.
